You must be at least the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to use the service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to misuse the service, upload unlawful content, interfere with the app, or attempt unauthorized access.
AI-generated plans and recommendations are suggestions only and do not guarantee outcomes.
Financial planning tools are for educational and organizational purposes only and are not professional financial advice.
Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable app store or payment provider.
I-Planner and its content are owned by the company or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute the service except as permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, I-Planner is provided "as is" without warranties, and our liability is limited to amounts paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the I-Planner service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Delaware, United States.
